The space
This is our personal vacation home — and our only listing on Airbnb. We’re not a commercial, high-turnover operator like many listings on the platform, just a family from the San Francisco Bay Area who owns a unit in Uptown Parksuites and genuinely enjoys sharing our space with guests visiting BGC.
As a family-owned and operated listing, this home is cared for with intention. We’ve set it up with the same comfort, warmth, and ease we look for when traveling from overseas, perfect for guests who appreciate 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥-𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭. Guest access
You will have full, private access to the entire unit during your stay. This includes the living room, kitchen, bedroom, balcony and bathroom. We’ve also ensured that the space is stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Please note:
• In-unit Laundry Room: Available upon request.
• Pool Access: Available Tues - Fri only. Except holidays.
• Gym: For resident use only.
• Kid’s Indoor Playroom: For resident use only.
• Yoga & Game Room: For resident use only.
• Business Center: For resident use only.
• Parking: Not included, but I can assist in finding one.
Unauthorized subletting or transferring of reservations to third parties is strictly prohibited. All guests are expected to adhere to our house rules and guidelines throughout their stay, regardless of who made the reservation.
If there are any changes to the guest list, kindly communicate and seek approval from the host in advance.
Other things to note
𝗠𝗔𝗫𝗜𝗠𝗨𝗠 𝗢𝗖𝗖𝗨𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗬:
Our unit is ideally tailored for a comfortable stay for up to four (4) individuals. However, for families, we can accommodate up to six (6) occupants, with a maximum of — four adults and two kids. This ensures a cozy and enjoyable stay without compromising on your comfort.
𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚:
Are you planning to bring your vehicle? Let us know in advance, and we'll secure your parking spot. Enjoy the convenience of a dedicated parking space right within the building to ensure a seamless, hassle-free experience throughout your stay, ~ available for a nominal fee.
Alternatively, the Uptown Parade Parking garage is conveniently located across the street if you prefer a nearby parking option. It offers a secure and accessible space for your vehicle during your stay.
𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗗-𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗬 𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚:
We understand that you may want to book for loved ones. We ask that you only do so if you will be staying together during your reservation period, as the person who made the reservation will be responsible for their group and following the house rules.
𝗔𝗟𝗘𝗫𝗔 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗨𝗥𝗘:
You'll find an Alexa Show device in our living room. Please feel free to unplug it if you prefer not to use it during your stay.
We take your privacy seriously. We have turned off both the microphone and camera on the device. Please be aware that the Alexa device is not a recording device; it is not password-protected and is connected to the internet. As a precaution, we would suggest against using the device for sensitive or personal information.
𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 & 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦:
Once a reservation is confirmed, any alterations or cancellations made outside of the specified Cancellation Policy cannot be accommodated. Any changes or cancellations requested by the guest that fall outside our policy's designated timeframe or conditions will not be eligible for refunds or modifications.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but as hosts, we rely on a predictable and reliable booking system to manage our property efficiently. By adhering to this house rule, we can maintain a fair and consistent approach to all our guests and ensure that the reservations and bookings are honored as agreed upon.
We highly recommend our guests thoroughly review our cancellation policy before booking. If there are concerns about potential plan changes or uncertainties, we encourage guests to consider purchasing -- travel insurance -- that covers unexpected alterations or cancellations.
