Offering a good amount of space (since we are not a studio unit), natural light, beautiful city and swimming pool view, our home is a great choice for a vacation or a business trip.

Our 50sqm minimalist and cozy home is good to sleep 2 to 6 people without compromising comfort! There is ample space for everyone.
This residential tower has direct underground access to Laundry shop, coffee shop and convenient store making groceries and restaurants all the more accessible! It is also 5 minutes walk from Bonifacio High street. You’ll have easy access to all the best restaurants, shops, and attractions that the area has to offer. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, this make your stay will unforgettable.
The unit comes fully furnished with complete appliances, including a fully equipped kitchen. Below are the following amenities guests can use to have a comfortable stay:

ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED, GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO SEND IDs OF EACH GUEST FOR PROPER ENDORSEMENT TO ADMIN & CONCIERGE. NO ID, NO ENTRY.
1. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the unit at ALL times. (Penalty 1,500)
2. Handle all our towels & linens with care. Please note that quantity of towels and bed linens will be provided based are 2 only which is the standard. Additional and replacement to which comes with a laundry fee. Additional towel 100.
3. To maintain cleanliness of the unit, we recommend cleaning service for long term (up to 4 nights) guests for a fee of Php 700/night (Optional)
4 . Washing machine is available for guest/s staying over 3 Nights.
5. Visitors are considered guest if they stay for 4 hours or more, excess of 5 pax will add 400 per pax. kids below 6 years old is free of charge.
6. ALL GUEST/S/VISITORS MUST BE DECLARED. Undeclared guests and visitors will be denied entry by the reception. It is a building protocol we need to abide. Feel free to censor sensitive information
7. Since we are not a hotel, unfortunately our building admin does not allow luggage to be left at front desk before or after check in/out.
8. PARKING: It is NOT included but the building has pay parking within the premises. Pay parking in the basement at 50 for the first 3 hours then 20 for succeeding hours, 250 Pesos flat rate if 11 PM- 6 AM. The said parking slot is subject to Availability.
9 . 400 pesos per pet
10. PLEASE CLEAN AS YOU GO. wash the dishes after use. Every item has its place please return them to its original place after using or washing.
11.Please avoid eating/drinking on the bed and leaving stain. Penalty will be charged.
12.Small gatherings are allowed but please no loud noise after 10pm. Please respect neighbors.
13. Minor's below 17 yrs old are allowed to check in if accompanied by adults (18yr old above) who will stay also in the unit. If guests are all minors they will not be allowed to check in.
14. No dumping of food,oil, and tissue in the sink and toilet bowl. clogged drainage penalty 2,000.
15. Do not spill food on the furniture. Penalty 1,000 per item cost for professional cleaner
16. Irreparable damage to appliances, furniture, and any structure will be billed; penalty: actual replacement cost.
17. We will give you the keys. If Lost keys: 600 pesos , Tap ID : 1,000 for replacement fee
18. . EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT: While we will do our best to accommodate such requests, it is not guaranteed and will be dependent on our schedule on your date.
Late checkout Extension will be 400 per hour.
Visitors are considered guest, excess of 5 pax will add 400 per pax.

19. Small room is made of glass and binder as partition. No aircon to the small room only electric fan.
