A cozy waterfront Grandma cottage located on the banks of historic Magnetawan River! Edge of Muskoka, with beautiful soothing views of river and highlands. A quiet, friendly village with all the amenities. This amazing home is just behind the heritage river walk and right on snowmobile trails. Walk to the downtown with restaurants, bars and stores.
Best place to chill!

Perfect spot to enjoy adventure activities like trails, ATV, Snowmobile, snowshoeing , ice fishing.
