This 3 level, 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, recently renovated beach themed, fully stocked condo, has 2 unique outdoor spaces, and is located within walking distance right in between 2 of the most amazing beaches in Cape Ann: Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, and Long Beach in Rockport. Take your pick, no need to drive and pay to park, it's just a short to walk to either.

The space
We are located 40 miles north of Boston, in historic Gloucester. Perfectly nestled between Good Harbor Beach in Gloucester, and Long Beach in Rockport.

Our vacation home is fully furnished, and available for summer weekly vacations, and long weekend, weekly or short term off season getaways.

Indoor features include 3 levels of cozy and comfortable living:

The main level has an updated, fully stocked kitchen, with an open concept into the living room, and a 1/2 bathroom on this level. The living room has a gas fireplace, 50+” flat screen tv, 2 full sized couches (1 which pulls out for more sleeping, if needed), and a full sized screen slider with walk out to a front deck.

The 2nd level has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, plenty of storage, and their own full bathroom with bathtub/shower. Linens, bedding and towels are provided during your stay.

There is also a washer and dryer on the entry level for your use, as well as extra beach towels for the days you want to go back to the beach again and again.

The 3rd floor living space has a spiral staircase that leads you up into the loft. The room has 2 queen beds, 2 rollaway cots, a TV, built in book nook, and a built in desk. The kids love this room, as they feel like it’s their own private place to hang away from the adults!

Outdoor features include unique spaces for relaxing:

On the main level there is a walkout to a front deck with a bistro table and chairs.

Off the kitchen is a walk out to the back patio. This patio has a dining table, BBQ, outdoor furniture, fire pit, and an outdoor shower.

Above the back patio you will find the garden ledge, surrounded by beautiful granite rock features. This serene space has a hammock, and a lounging/meditating/relaxing area.

Your rental includes cable tv, wi-fi, a fully equipped kitchen, linens, beach cart, beach chairs, classic board games, and plenty of books for lazy days reading on the beach, lounging around, or on the hammock…

Guest access
You have full access to this entire unit (condo), and parking for 4 or 5 cars on the driveway. Street parking is also available.

Other things to note
Week rentals preferred June-September (check-in Saturday's).

Please bring your own baby gates for 2 sets of stairs if you are bringing toddlers. Please also note the spiral staircase to the 3rd floor loft can be challenging for our youngest and oldest guests.

Neighborhood highlights

We are located in East Gloucester, less then 1/2 a mile to Rockport. We are footsteps to Dairy Maid (best ice cream in town), and SurfSide Subs (best pizza in town, and wicked good Lobster Rolls).

We are less than a 5-minute walk to either Good Harbor Beach, or Long Beach in Rockport.

For plenty other incredible things to see, do, eat, shop and explore, drive just over a mile drive to downtown Main Street in Gloucester, or head the other direction, about 2.5 miles to beautiful Bearskin Neck in Rockport.

Hi, nice to meet you! Our names are Jim and Joanne Frontiero, and we are so happy you stopped by. HOW WE BECAME... We were 2 lost souls that found each other in 1996. Joanne (a Canadian) visited a good friend in Boston in the Summer of 1996. Joanne met her friend’s boyfriend’s best friend, a boy named Jim (from Gloucester), and of course they hit it off..... 25 years later (no way we are that old)... We are happily married, 20 years. Jim's two sons are now adults, and our daughter is in a senior in high school. We bought our first home in between 2 incredible beaches. We have lived in this house since 2001, and had the opportunity to buy the other half in 2018. We immediately thought of our first experience with Airbnb in 2016. We found a fabulous listing on Airbnb, and stayed in a super cool apartment in Paris, France, for 10 amazing days. We shared this cozy apartment in the heart of the city, with our close friends, a family of four. The seven of us had the best vacation experience ever! The owner was wonderful, and recommended many things to do and see, and fabulous places to eat and discover! We loved the welcoming experience. We felt at home, in her home. That trip inspired my husband and I to become Airbnb hosts, and share our little slice of paradise with others. 5 things I can't live without... wait... just 5, are you serious?!? Hmmm... Family, Friends, Food, Traveling, and the Ocean! We are foodies, and love to explore. As Airbnb hosts, we live right next door, and know everything about the area. We can help you as little, or as much as you'd like, to make sure your vacation in Gloucester, and the Cape Ann area is an amazing one. Did you know Gloucester is actually an island ? (Separated by 2 bridges). We are situated near the tip of Cape Ann, but so close to many amazing day trips you can plan while staying here. Top short drives (5 minutes to an hour away): Rockport, Essex, Newburyport, Boston. We also love to take day and weekend trips to New Hampshire, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont....And then of course, there is walking to 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Cape Ann from our house. We hope you come and visit our little slice of paradise, Between 2 Beaches.
