This charming apartment is centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the Geeste, the New Port and all major tourist attractions. It is well connected.
The modernly equipped old building apartment with its individual style and industrial elements, impresses with a large living-dining room, and large workplace. You will find everything you need for an eventful, active vacation with friends or family. A special highlight is the large high sleeping level.

The apartment captivates with a large, bright living room with a loft character in which you can spend a great time with friends and family. The large dining table is also a great place to eat with larger groups.

The bedroom overlooking the green crane directly on the Geeste impresses with a cozy king-size bed. Office and bedroom are separated by a room divider and can be combined into one large, bright room.

In a separate second bedroom, one or two people can sleep on comfortable single beds. Above their heads is the highlight of this apartment, the large wooden sleeping level. Here, young and old have a very special sleeping experience.

The modern, bright kitchen has everything you need to cook.

Furthermore, the apartment has a large bathroom with a large mirror cabinet, beautiful furnishings and lots of storage options.

Our apartment is not perfect and we are not a hotel. A lot of love and work has gone into the furnishing and design of this apartment and we are very happy with the result but as with any apartment there are also peculiarities that cannot be changed easily. We would like to point that out, we think that is fair.
The apartment is located on the second floor and there is no elevator. The building dates from the Gründerzeit [founders' period] and is therefore a bit outdated here and there. The staircase is not particularly attractive and can smell a bit musty when the weather changes. Sometimes you can hear the street. The apartment is quite noisy.
We believe that transparency is the best way to go and look forward to people who appreciate it.

Bed linens and towels:

We provide one set of sheets and one small and one large towel per person. In addition, all sleeping places are always covered with fresh sheets, so you can divide up the existing sleeping places as you wish.
Dish towels are also available.

Laundry: We wash the laundry from the apartments in our small laundry outside the apartments. Bosch Series 8 washing machines and Bosch Home Professional heat pump dryers are used for this purpose. The machines are regularly maintained and cleaned.
We consistently wash the laundry at 60 degrees with EcoVer color detergent.
Blankets and pillows are also washed at regular intervals with a hygiene rinse.
