I'm an old-school host who provides excellent amenities for my guests. Full kitchen, soaps, trash bags and other necessities provided.

The space
No pet fee! Sunny one bedroom, 1.5 bath home with private walled patio with propane grill, sky deck and free onsite parking. All except the sky-deck are on the ground level. The pool and hot tub are open and heated year-round.

High ceilings, great natural light, separate desk nook and upgraded appliances and finishes. We've added hotel-grade linens and towels and a fully equipped kitchen. Log in to your accounts with our Smart TV and Bose sound bar that connects to your devices.

We provide organic coffee beans to ease your arrival. Tubac now has two indie coffee shops!

The entire townhouse, private walled patio, and sky deck (new furniture for Summer 2025!) are dedicated to guests. The house is on the ground floor, and there are stairs up to the sky deck.

The saltwater pool, hot tub, and fitness center are for the community and are available to guests. Pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Use our dedicated covered parking spot or unlimited uncovered spots.

Other things to note
NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE OR BED.
Leave them alone only while in a crate.
Pick up all pet waste and put the bags in the trash.

EXCESS PET HAIR: If you allow pets on the couch and bed and my housekeeper has to remove excess hair, we will charge an additional $35 cleaning fee.

Please help us keep the house clean for other guests by keeping your pets off of the furniture.

POOL TOWELS:
Use the yellow/orange towels we provide at the pool and hot tub.

Towels are not available at the pool. There are restrooms and an outdoor shower.

TRIP INSURANCE
A friendly recommendation: please purchase trip insurance!

If you are unable to travel at the last minute, the booking platforms will not return your fees. Do not ask me to take on the financial burden of your misfortune. Buy trip insurance!
