The space
Step inside our beautiful, multi-level home, perfectly designed for families and groups.
The main floor features a bright, open-concept layout where a fully-equipped kitchen with coastal cabinetry flows into the dining and living areas. Relax on the large sectional sofa after a day of fun. The home boasts two levels of large, furnished decks, complete with a gas grill for cookouts and plenty of seating to enjoy the warm South Carolina sun.
A second living room upstairs provides extra space for your group to spread out. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower on the main parking level to rinse off after a trip to the beach.
All living rooms and bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi.
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 13 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): King Master Suite with a full private bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Bunk Room with four twin beds (sleeps 4).
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Queen bed.
Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): Queen bed.
Upstairs Living Area: Can accommodate 3 additional guests with provided luxury queen and twin air mattresses.
FREE WATERPARK for all our guests
Our home is located in the north west section of the park- it is very close to everything but is more quiet than most any other areas of the park. Access to water park and all major amenities included in the price of this home. There is a $12 per car per day fee to have your vehicle in the resort. This is Ocean Lakes rule and is for every visitor, we recommend express check in.
Ocean lakes is a 7 Time national Park of the year award winner. Within 3 minutes from our site you can be to the ocean by way of golf cart. There is an activity center, waterpark with lazy river and slides. The park is a massive 300 acres with homes and camping this is the perfect spot to vacation for any individual, group or family. Ocean Lakes offers 24 hour security on site.
Linens ARE included; we will provide fresh linens with each rental, this includes bedding, towels(excludes beach towels) etc. Please do not take linens to the beach to avoid additional charges.
Our short term agreement will be required to be completed and signed within 24 hours of acceptance of your reservation.
We use Nest for our thermostat and Schlage for door deadbolt- each guest has a unique code that expires for them at departure. All access is keyless.

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire home. Check-in is seamless and secure with a keyless Schlage deadbolt; a unique entry code will be provided that expires upon your departure.
Your stay also includes full access to all the amenities within the Ocean Lakes resort community.

Other things to note
Linens: Fresh bedding and bath towels are included with your rental. Please bring your own beach towels, as house linens and towels should not be taken to the beach or pool.
Rental Agreement: A signed short-term rental agreement is required to be completed within 24 hours of your reservation acceptance to finalize your booking.
Elevator: The elevator is for OWNER USE ONLY and is not available for guest access.
