Key Responsibility

Guests are responsible for keeping the key safe at all times. Always double-check before leaving the unit to ensure you have the key with you.

Locked Out?

If you lock yourself out or leave the key inside the unit:
• During regular hours (9am–9pm): We’ll do our best to assist you as soon as possible, depending on availability.
• After-hours (9pm–9am): Emergency key service may not be available. In this case, you may need to wait until the morning or contact a local locksmith at your own expense.

Locksmith services typically charge between ₱500–₱1500. Any damage caused by forced entry or lost keys will be charged to the guest.

• Always keep the key in a consistent place (e.g. your bag or pocket).
• Avoid leaving the key inside the lock or on furniture near the door.
• If you’re traveling with others, consider designating a keyholder.

Guests are required to submit a valid government-issued ID at least **24 hours before arrival** for building access requirements and guest registration.

Visitors & Unauthorized Guests
For the comfort and security of all residents and guests, visitors are not allowed in the unit without prior approval, except for valid reasons such as assistance for seniors, children, or emergencies.

• Unauthorized visitors brought to the unit without approval may incur a ₱2,000 fee per person.
• Visitors staying beyond quiet hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) that result in complaints from neighbors or building administration may incur a ₱5,000 fine.

Key Card & Room Key
Lost key cards or room keys will incur a ₱5,000 replacement fee. Kindly return both to the lobby receptionist upon check-out.

Smoking & Strong Odors
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. To help maintain a clean and pleasant environment, we also discourage food with strong odors inside the room.

Violations may incur a ₱2,000 special cleaning fee, plus any additional costs for deep cleaning, odor treatment, or replacement of affected items.

Stains & Damaged Linens
Stains on towels, linens, or bedding may be charged between ₱500 and ₱1,500, depending on severity and cleaning requirements. Additional fees may apply if items need to be replaced.
