Escape to an architect-designed Vermont chalet with sweeping mountain and White River Valley views.

With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and space for up to 9 guests, BentTree is ideal for family trips, friends’ getaways, fall foliage weekends and ski vacations.

Enjoy a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large deck with gas grill, fast fiber Wi-Fi, three workspaces and a game room with TV, foosball, air hockey and board games.

25 mins to Killington, 20 mins to Mtn Meadows, and 45 mins to Sugarbush.

The space
The main floor opens through a spacious mudroom into a high-ceiling living room with a fireplace. Large windows connect the living and dining areas to the surrounding mountain and valley views.

The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are surrounded by large windows, allowing you to enjoy the valley views even while cooking. An enclosed porch offers a cozy seating area and faces north, making it a wonderful spot for stargazing and, on clear nights, viewing the Milky Way.

Sleeping arrangements:

• Upstairs primary bedroom: 1 king bed, workspace and external monitor
• Lower-level bedroom: 1 queen bed, walk-in closet and adjoining split bathroom
• Lower-level bedroom: 2 twin beds
• Compact bunk room: 3 twin sleeping spaces, including two upper bunks

One level below the bedrooms, the tatami-style game room includes a 60-inch TV, beverage refrigerator and board games. A separate recreation room on the same level has foosball and air hockey.

Every living space and bedroom has a window overlooking the surrounding landscape. Wake to the sunrise, drift off with fireflies glowing in the valley, and enjoy Vermont’s changing scenery—from vibrant fall foliage to snow-covered mountains.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire chalet, except for clearly marked locked cabinets and owner storage areas.

Parking is available for a maximum of THREE vehicles. The parking area is shared with a neighboring home, so please use only the designated half of the parking space.

Other things to note
Although the home can accommodate up to 9 guests, groups of 6–8 adults will be most comfortable. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, and the bunk room is compact.

Bedroom windows are uncovered to preserve the valley views. Morning light may enter the rooms, so light-sensitive sleepers may wish to bring an eye mask.

Please note that the property does not have regular municipal trash collection. Bag all household trash securely and leave it in the designated indoor bins for our cleaning team to remove after checkout.

For stays of three nights or longer, please contact us if the bins become full or if trash pickup is needed during your stay, and we will arrange an on-call collection.

Pets must be included in the reservation. Please message us with the number and size of your pets. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated; a 36 × 24 × 27-inch crate is provided in the mudroom. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb policy.

*Cell service can be unreliable in the area. Please download directions before leaving Wi-Fi coverage.

*The final 0.8 mile into the community is an unpaved mountain road with uneven and steep sections. Please drive with care and caution in the community, speed should be 20 mph or lower. Pedestrians, pets, wildlife, and other hazards may exist.

***All-wheel drive is required during winter and the rainy spring season. Snow tires are strongly recommended during winter storms.
