Benton Place is a well-loved older Tucson home, and part of its character is that many of its original finishes and fixtures remain. The home has been thoughtfully furnished, styled, and maintained, but it has not been completely remodeled. We love the personality and charm that comes with an established home and want guests to know what to expect before they arrive.

🚗 Parking: The private, uncovered driveway has space for approximately 2–3 vehicles, with additional street parking nearby.

🔒 A quick note: A few cabinets and closets remain locked for owner and housekeeping supplies. All other guest areas of the home are available throughout your stay.

### House Rules & Important Information

We want you to feel at home during your stay! Please review these important details before booking.

Please note: Benton Place is an older home and retains many of its original finishes and fixtures. While thoughtfully maintained and styled, it is not a fully remodeled or newly built property.

**Minimum booking age**
The primary guest booking the reservation must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property for the entire reservation. Third-party bookings are not permitted.

**Maximum occupancy**
The home accommodates a maximum of 6 guests at any time. Please include all overnight guests, including children, on your reservation. Approved additional overnight guests are $50 per person, per night.

**Quiet neighborhood • No parties or events**
This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum. Parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted.

**No smoking or vaping**
Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or on the front or back porches.

**No pets**
Pets are not permitted. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb's policies.

**Seasonal hot tub • October through April**
Our outdoor hot tub is available seasonally from October through April.

**Exterior security cameras**
For safety and security, the property has exterior cameras monitoring entry areas. Two hard-wired cameras monitor exterior entry points, and one solar-powered camera faces the back alley. Cameras must remain active and unobstructed during your stay. There are no cameras inside the home.

**Amenities**
We work hard to keep all listed amenities available and in excellent working order. Occasionally, an amenity may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, weather, repairs, or circumstances outside our control.

Benton Place is centrally located in Tucson, Arizona. It's a nice location if you are looking for a home away from home that's close to everything. It is not a very walkable neighborhood, so a vehicle will be your best mode of transportation.

Our home is in the Garden District in central Tucson, 10 minutes from the UofA campus. Our home sits on corner lot adjacent to medical professional buildings, with residential and mobile homes behind us. Don’t be surprised if you hear an ambulance, or helicopter every now and then.
