One-bedroom, one-bath unit features a separate memory foam queen hide-a-bed in the living room. Private laundry room. Private parking spaces in back. Open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and automated skylight shades. Complete remodel. Pet-friendly (must add pet to the reservation).

The cottage is newly renovated. Walls are adorned with artwork from local artist, MOsley WOtta.

Other things to note
There are two cottages on the property. Each cottage has its own fenced yard and hot tub. The cottages are set apart, providing more distance than the neighboring properties. The cottages share a large parking lot in back, adjacent to the alley. Each cottage has a private entrance gate from the parking lot. This is the smaller, back cottage which is situated in back. The larger, front cottage, which is 3 bedroom, 2 bath, is in front on Hawthorne. *Please message if you'd like to rent both spaces. Parties are prohibited. Guest must add pet to the reservation booking.
