Le Belvédère is a new "IRM Pivoine 2023" mobile home installed in May 2023.
The space
Ideally located at the end of a cul-de-sac (no vehicle or pedestrian traffic) and bordering a Natura2000 area (no overlooking and unobstructed view of the landscape), Le Belvédère ensures tranquility and privacy.
The accommodation consists of :
- 1 master suite (double bed + bathroom) with a view over the sea
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds
- 2 shower rooms + washing machine
- 2 toilets (1 separate)
- 1 fully equipped kitchen + dishwasher
- 1 indoor dining area with 4+2 chairs and an extendable table
- 1 large 64m² terrace with spa, sun loungers, garden lounge and an extendable dining table.
- 1 private parking space
Additionally, the property has a wifi internet connection.
The large windowed terrace and its private spa offer panoramic views over the sea, the Golden Island and the Dramont. It's impossible to get enough of breakfasts, barbecues and aperitifs with such a view over the sea. What's more, the many fireworks displays in July and August from the Plage du Débarquement and Toukan port can be seen directly from the terrace !
The accommodation is located inside the camping **** Domaine de l'Ile d'Or:

- Plage de la Garde Vieille, a 15-minute walk from the Belvedere
- Plage d'Aigue Bonne 17mn walk from the Belvedere
- Plage du débarquement 3mn by car (parking right by the beach)
- Plage de Boulouris 4mn by car (parking Route des Carrières)
The campsite being very steep, a vehicle is strongly recommended ! It will also be useful for shopping (shopping centres are 5 minutes away by car via the Route des Carrières).
Guest access
Unrestricted access to accommodation and spa.
Before your arrival, you will need to sign a small rental contract with us. The information to be filled in (surname, first name, address, number of people, etc.) will be communicated to the camping ( notably for fire safety reasons). If you have a vehicle, it is important to inform us of its license plate in advance for the campsite's automatic barrier.
On arrival :
- Park at the campsite entrance,
- Go to the reception desk to check in and pick up your bracelets (for pool access),
- Call the concierge who will guide you from the campsite entrance to the Belvedere for a quick introduction.
If reception is closed:

If you are stuck at the barrier despite your license plate being registered, call the emergency number displayed on the reception door, introduce yourself and state that you have a reservation for pitch "Beauvoir n°4".

We provide comforters and pillows, but not sheets or pillowcases. You can bring your own or rent from our concierge service (please let us know in advance when booking) :
- Large Bed Pack 140x190 : 2 small sheets + 2 pillowcases + 2 small towels + 2 large towels = 35€/week
- Single Bed Pack 80x190 : 2 large sheets + 1 pillowcase + 1 small towel + 1 large towel = €30/week
If you are a smoker, please do not smoke inside the mobile home. 2 ashtrays are at your disposal in the kitchen to make yourself comfortable on the terrace.
