BEL'M4 is an 85m² cottage located at the Col du Brabant in La Bresse (altitude 900m). Enjoy unobstructed views and sunshine all afternoon in a peaceful setting.
Close to hiking trails, you can enjoy nature in all seasons. The accommodation is fully equipped and has fiber optic internet.

It is also possible to rent the other cottages. (BEL'M1 4 p, BEL'M3 6p and BEL'M2 4p) for more capacity!

Bed linen, bath towels, travel cot with mattress, everything is included in the price.

The space
The cottage is the whole top floor of the house. You can enter it through a private entrance from the terrace.

The living room includes a kitchen with all the equipment you need (oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and plenty of small appliances to enjoy fondue, raclette and other comforting mountain foods). A cozy wooden table is there for you to share meals together, close to the window so that you can eat with a view! You also have a couch (that turns into a bed) and a TV with Netflix (and all your other apps) to relax in the evenings.

The three bedrooms all comes with high-end mattresses (2 Queen Size + one 140*190 + one 90*190) and one of them includes a small private bathroom (with a shower, toilet and a sink).

The main bathroom has a bathtub, a shower and a sink.

We use a concierge service that can provide you additional services (meals, activities, bedsheets and towels, …). Please note that linens are not included but can be provided for 15€ per bed.

Feel free to enjoy the outside! On your doorstep, you will find a terrace, and an outdoor space you can enjoy.

Other things to note
The cottage is located within an old restaurant, La Brabanthière. Once you reached the top of the col du Brabant, look for the house high up… welcome home!

You ride a bike, you pass the Brabant pass several times in different years and you think it's super beautiful as a place. then in 2022 you buy this big house at the top of the Brabant pass, and there you go, the adventure begins ;-) .. then it continues in July 2025 with this big chalet with this magnificent swimming pool in Fresse ..
