BEL'M1 is a 55m² cottage located at the Col du Brabant in La Bresse (alt 900m), offering unobstructed views and sunshine all afternoon .
At the start of hiking trails, you can enjoy nature in all seasons. The accommodation is fully equipped and has fiber optic internet (for remote working).
It is also possible to rent the other cottages (BELM3 6p, BEL'M4 7p BELM2 4p) for more capacity!

Bed linen and towels, travel cot with mattress, all included in the price.

The space
The entrance includes a “vestibule” where you can leave your shoes and clothes after a great day spent skiing, hiking, or cycling.

The living room has a fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, as well as coffee machines, kettle, raclette and fondue sets) and a beautiful round table where you can enjoy meals together by the window with a view. The room also includes a living room with a sofa bed and a TV (with Netflix included, as well as your other streaming apps) for a relaxing evening.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and sink.

Finally, the bedroom has high-quality 160x200 bedding and a desk for working remotely.

For families with children, we offer a free high chair kit, booster seat, and toilet seat reducer. Please let us know when you make your reservation so that we can make these available to you.

We can also offer you the rental of snowshoes - TSL brand - with poles (€10 for the first day and €5/day for the following days), sleds (also TSL brand), and electric mountain bikes (there are eight in different sizes) from the NAKAMURA brand (€20 for the first day, €15 for each additional day, with a sliding scale). Please specify if you would like to rent them when you make your reservation!

For our cycling and mountain biking friends, a bike washing area is available.

You ride a bike, you pass the Brabant pass several times in different years and you think it's super beautiful as a place. then in 2022 you buy this big house at the top of the Brabant pass, and there you go, the adventure begins ;-) .. then it continues in July 2025 with this big chalet with this magnificent swimming pool in Fresse ..
