Parking
The driveway accommodates 2-3 cars. There is no parking on the road at any time.
Guest access
You will have access to the east side of the house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, rec room, laundry). The garage and the west side of the house won't be accessible.
Other things to note
-This home has been lovingly lived in by a family for many years, giving it a warm and welcoming feel. You may notice some areas with a bit of character and personal touches — it’s not a polished showroom, but a comfortable and well-loved space.
-The chalet is perfect for mature adults, families, and friends seeking a peaceful getaway. While we love parties, we unfortunately cannot accommodate them as we are limited to a 6 guests maximum. We have full-time neighbors and are committed to maintaining a quiet and respectful atmosphere for their enjoyment.
- We are located in Northern Vermont, where the weather can be unpredictable. In winter and spring months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is required. Our driveway and road are maintained with snow removal, but it should be noted the road leading to the property is dirt.
-Our chalet features beautiful hardwood and stone floors throughout. To help keep them in great condition, we kindly ask that no shoes be worn inside.
-The grill and outside deck are not available during the winter months.
PETS:
No pets are allowed at the Chalet due the finish of the hardwood and stone floors.
WEATHER/CANCELLATIONS:
Weather events are becoming less and less predictable, and because they are out of our control we do not offer refunds for cancellations, or reservation date changes, due to weather events. Please purchase travel insurance (which AirBNB now offers!) to help protect yourself.
