Guests must present a valid ID at the guard upon entry.
Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for registration.
Please arrive on time for check-in to avoid delays.

Dispose of garbage at the Fire Exit area

Turn off all lights and air conditioning

🔑 Key Card & Access Policy
Lost key card fee: ₱500.00
If you lock yourself out and leave the key card inside:
₱200.00 inconvenience fee will be charged for co-host assistance
Guests are fully responsible for the key card at all times
💬 Communication Policy
All important messages, concerns, and reports of inconvenience must be sent via the Airbnb messaging platform only
If locked out, guests must contact us through Airbnb so we can provide a new smart lock entry passcode
Viber is for:
Calling the co-host
Ordering food
Basic assistance only

💸 Penalties & Charges
Guests are responsible for:
Lost items
Damages
Extra cleaning fees (e.g., stains on furniture, carpets, mattress, sheets)
Charges will be based on actual repair/replacement costs and cleaning receipts
🐾 Pet Policy
🚫 Pets are strictly not allowed
Violation will result in a ₱20,000 penalty

Pool hours: 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Proper swimwear is required
❌ White shirts and shorts are not allowed
Wear swim attire when registering for pool access
Cleaning schedule:
Kiddie pool: Tuesdays
Adult pool: Mondays
Free pool use (for 2 guests) is valid for one day only for stays of 3+ nights

Free breakfast for guests staying minimum of 3 nights
Served at 7:00 AM
🧹 Long-Term Stay Policy
For stays of 5 nights or more, cleaning visits will be conducted at least twice to maintain cleanliness
