* Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 8 guests at all times (including daytime visitors).
* Base rate covers up to 6 guests; additional guests (up to 8 max) are automatically calculated in your booking total.
* Strictly no large parties, events, or smoking permitted on the property.

1 ) One small dog 20 lbs or less is allowed.
2) No smoking inside the cabin or anywhere on the property due to potential fire hazards. If it is found out you did smoke, you will be asked to leave immediately with NO refund.
3) Drive carefully in the river resort and obey Speed Limits. Be aware there are wild animals within the resort such as Deer, Bears, Coyotes, etc.
