Note #1: While our house offers complete privacy and is just a 10-minute drive from Bejuco Beach, it is located in a residential hilltop area. If you're seeking a beachfront property, this might not be the best fit. However, if privacy appeals to you, you'll have a wonderful time. Please note that, as with most residential areas, there may occasionally be some noise from neighboring dogs.

Note #2: Car rental is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the best experience. This gives you freedom to explore Bejuco Beach, Jaco, Manuel Antonio, and other incredible destinations at your own pace. We can recommend reliable car rental companies if needed.

💧 WATER & UTILITIES:
Note #3: For your health and comfort, we recommend drinking filtered water from our provided dispenser or purchasing bottled water from local shops. This is standard practice throughout Costa Rica.

🦟 TROPICAL ENVIRONMENT:
Note #4: You're staying in beautiful tropical nature! Expect to see wildlife (which is amazing), but also occasional insects. We recommend bringing insect repellent for outdoor activities.
