This is a premium listing for a brand new holiday home on the seperated area of robinhood called Hawthorne View which has additional barrier access from the main holiday park giving you a little more privacy. This 2024 New Willerby Delyn 12x38ft. 3 Bedrooms with separate shower room and WC. The 3 Bedrooms, Master bedroom with a normal double bed and two small bedrooms with single beds suited for children, one of these we currently have the two beds pushed together and made up as a small double.

The space
This is a brand new holiday home with side decking and private parking, located on Lyons Robin Hood. The park itself has over 1,000 static vans, but our holiday home is conveniently situated just 150 yards from the main entrance. It is separated from the main park by a dedicated barrier, providing us with a more premium and private location on the site.

The park can be accessed free of charge, however if you would like to use all the facilities you would need to buy a park pass from reception at a very low price which will give you full access to use all the facilities for the whole duration of your stay. Including daytime and evening entertainment, cabaret bar, swimming pool, sports activities and so much more!
The price of park passes can vary for adults between £12 - £25 per adult and £10 - £16 per child for 1 week (for more information please ask at reception or check the price list at the pictures).

Guest access
You will have access to the whole holiday home. But a maximum of six guests, its ideally suited for 2 adults and four children or 3 adults and 2 children.

Other things to note
The cleaning is for a basic clean and washing of bed sheets, bedding for all beds. (included in every booking)
