Entrance to property is a gate with a code after entering, park under car port, use back door by hot tub, it is a combination door lock to enter the cabin. Exiting the property use remote control device to open the gate, the gate will also open automatically to exit as long as the vehicle is within five feet of the gate, it will shut automatically after you exit the property.
PLEASE RETURN REMOTE CONTROL DEVICE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT THEY COST $50.00 each.

Other things to note
Please be careful with the hot tub lid. Please follow directions.

Ring cameras monitor the front and back entry doors. Additional exterior cameras monitor the carport/gate entrance for vehicle security only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the hot tub area.
