Other things to note
Bee and Vine is a brand new Airbnb listing! We are excited to welcome you as some of our first guests. We thank you for your eagerness to help us grow and discover how to make our guest’s experience just right.

We provide filtered water, coffee, tea, creamers and sugar. Additionally, we also offer wine glasses, water glasses and coffee mugs.

The coffee counter includes a coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave and a mini-fridge with freezer. To abide by NOTL short term rental rules, there is no kitchen sink or stove/oven, but we provide paper plates and compostable cutlery if you want to reheat some leftovers from the night before.

Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am. We are the proud parents of a precocious 6-year old. Though your unit is separated by a hallway and a (former) exterior wall, you may still hear the dulcet tones of our daughter recounting her dreams from the night before.

Before booking, we will ask all potential guests a few questions about their stay to ensure we are community minded hosts that care for our neighbours.

To abide by the by-laws of Niagara on the Lake, we are required to keep a log of all of our guests, containing guest names, guest home address and telephone number, date and duration of stay, guest vehicle make and license plate number, and the province/state in which the vehicle is registered.

We are not a traditional Bed & Breakfast. No meals will be served, nor will the room be turned over during your stay.

We live in the home and unfortunately cannot accommodate animals of any kind (including emotional support animals) due to severe allergies and shared air within the house. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

2SLGBTQI+ friendly.
