The space
BEDS Tagaytay - Modern Loft Boutique
BEDS Tagaytay, is a stylish, modern loft-style accommodation designed for comfort, space, and group stays.
The property features an open-layout design with high ceilings, warm wood accents, and hotel-inspired interiors.
Ground Floor:
The ground floor serves as a spacious living and sleeping area. It includes two single lounge sofa beds that function as both sofas and beds at the same time (non-convertible).
This area is fully air-conditioned and equipped with a smart TV, dining space, and access to the enclosed kitchen. A full bathroom and powder room are also located on this level.
Second Floor / Loft Area:
The loft level offers additional sleeping and relaxation space. It includes one single lounge sofa bed, a queen-sized bunk bed (two queen beds), and a California king-sized bed as the main sleeping area.
This floor is also air-conditioned and well-ventilated with ceiling fans and ample lighting.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes complete kitchenware, cookware, and dining utensils, microwave oven, 5-cu.ft. refrigerator, induction stove (2 burners), rice cooker, electric kettle, air fryer, range hood, and a sliding glass door that allows the kitchen to be enclosed when needed.
Balcony & Outdoor Area:
Guests may enjoy the balcony with an outdoor barbecue area, perfect for casual grilling, relaxing, and small gatherings while enjoying fresh air.
Bathrooms:
The property has modern bathrooms with hot and cold shower, clean fixtures, and provided basic amenities.
The powder room offers lavatory with cabinet and a modern water closet with bidet.

The property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests including kids, perfectly fitting all sleeping arrangements.
BEDS Tagaytay is ideal for families, barkadas, small gatherings, and relaxed celebrations—offering the comfort of home with the feel of a boutique hotel.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire loft unit during their stay at BEDS Tagaytay - Modern Loft Boutique.
You may freely use:
• All indoor living and sleeping areas (ground floor and loft level)
• Fully equipped kitchen and dining area
• Bathrooms with hot and cold shower
• Balcony with outdoor barbecue area
• High-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TV
• Designated parking, including PWD-friendly parking
• Outdoor pet houses provided for pets
The RFID key for entry will be personally handed over by the BEDS staff upon check-in and must be returned upon check-out.
Areas not included for guest use:
• Staff-only or maintenance areas
• Storage or utility rooms marked as private
