Welcome to The Bears Necessities! A Vacation Home that feels like home. Our cozy house offers 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms with room to sleep up to 14 people! There's room to entertain a large group and enough space to keep family separate with 3 floors of living area and plenty of games and activities.

The space
The cupboards aren't bare just bring a picnic basket or whatever you like to eat and prepare to enjoy all the necessities of life in a spectacular home away from home. All you need is to relax and enjoy what nature has to offer. You will be within 2 minutes of Lake Grandby and an hour of everything the Grand Valley has to offer from Skiing to Mountain Biking and Hiking, Balloon rides to hot springs, or just spend your time with friends and family enjoying the solitude away from the masses.

There's a hot tub, BBQ, two fire pits, a ping pong table, laundry, three TV's, cable and internet. Fully fenced yard with 6' chain link security fencing to keep the wildlife at a safe distance - pets allowed and ample on site parking.

Main Floor:
•Kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms
•Propane fire pit and grill on upper deck
Kitchen and master bedroom exit to upper deck that seats 14 people with lake views

Lower level:
•Second open living space with one bedroom with a queen size bed, full bathroom, walkout patio to hot tun and fire pit.
•Lower level also walks out to garage that includes full size washer and dryer, ping pong table, extra fridge and recreational equipment.

Loft:
•Spacious loft with two queen beds and two twins beds with an enclosed bedroom with a queen bed.

Things to do while you're here:
Walking distance to Lake Granby. In the summer: Close to Rocky Mountain National Park, Fishing, Hiking, Boating and Balloon rides.
In the winter: Ice fishing, Cross country skiing, snowmobiling, a short drive to Winter Park Ski Slopes and downtown Grand Lake.
