The space
This is a private cottage located on 2 acres of woods in the Cacapon mountain. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable beds with heated mattress pads and premium bedding. The closets in the bedrooms are specious with velvet hangers. The bedrooms are bright with each having a window with views of trees for bird watching, and don't be surprised if you see deer right out the window in the morning! The kitchen/dining/coffee area is the heart of the house. This space is open and allows for family meals or playing games around the dining table. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, glasses, children's plates, flatware, knifes, toaster, rice cooker, electric griddle, air fryer, blender, crockpot, pots and pans, bakeware, microwave, stove, and refrigerator. There is a small bar table for extra seating and storage as well. The dining table is a 200-year-old solid oak Amish made table. It has lots of character, and more memories to be made around it. There is also a coffee bar with a Keurig, k-cups, hot chocolate, syrups, marshmallows, sugar, and to go coffee cups. The living room has a comfy leather chesterfield sofa, 2 cozy chairs, electric fireplace, and satellite TV. There is a large deck off the living room with a hammock and large farmhouse table. The basement of the cottage has a fun, well equipped yoga studio, a smart tv, a lounge area with a pool table, spin bike, Foosball table, dart board, and tanning bed. The wood burning stove is in the lounge area, so it stays super toasty! The laundry room is also located in the basement and detergent is provided.

Guest access
You have full access to the cottage and the grounds of the house with your reservation. There is also a large garage on the property that is used by the owner.

Other things to note
The backyard is very steep. If you have mobility issues, please do not try to go to the fire pit. If you do use the fire pit, use with caution.

This is a mountain house, so please be aware that you will need a truck or suv with 4wd in the snow. Please plan accordingly.

The tanning bed is powerful, so please do not use it if you have sensitive skin or burn easily. Please only use lotions approved for use in tanning beds. Absolutely no oils allowed. The tanning bed and all gym equipment are for your use at your own risk.

The house is equipped with fiber internet. You'll be able to connect your phone for calling and texting, and stream all your favorite shows.
