Come enjoy your stay at the perfect location in the "Summit of Gatlinburg". This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located just 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg's strip. This is the perfect location for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. This unit is on the 3rd floor, MUST be able to climb stairs as there are no elevators on grounds. Both bedrooms are roomy with Queen beds in each. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, and the guest bathroom has a full shower.

The space
The open floor plan between the full kitchen area and living space finds a beautiful fireplace with a farmhouse table in the corner. Up the spiral staircase you will find the loft bedroom which is perfect for both children and additional guests. The loft bedroom includes two bunk beds with twin size beds over full size beds on each. TV's are available in all bedrooms and living space. There is a small balcony on the back to admire breathtaking views of the mountains. The Summit of Gatlinburg also has a seasonal outdoor pool, (heated indoor pool, and two indoor hot tubs, a small playground area, picnic tables and charcoal grills, and also coin operated laudry on site. Firewood is available for purchase in the Clubhouse for your stay during the colder months. This unit is on the 3rd floor, and there are NO ELEVATORS on the property so you must be able to climb stairs to access the condo.

Other things to note
The Summit is a beautiful neighborhood 2900ft above sea level overlooking both Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. There are NO ELEVATORS on grounds in any of the buildings, so you must be able to utilize stairs to access the condo. Roads may be steep at times and curvy, so take your time and enjoy the scenery on your way up!!
