This is located inside a palm & flower filled residence with a pool and shaded picnic area. It includes 1-car parking & night time security.

Nearest airport is AZS (20km),
next is SDQ (98 km).

The space
Upstairs master bedroom has a king size hand-crafted mahogany bed and a sofá cama.
Ground floor bedroom has two mahogany twin beds and a sofá cama.
Both rooms have a spacious vaulted ceilings with beautiful views of lush gardens, dedicated work spaces, full bathrooms & air conditioning.
-Kitchen is fully equipped.
-Washing machine available. Line dry.
-Pool and lobby / lounge area just a few steps down the garden path
-Bath & Pool towels available.
-This is not a beach front property. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk.

Shared pool & lounge area are open until 10pm.

Other things to note
* Electricity is charged separately at the standard rate of 20 DOP p/ kw. We will provide you with a photo of the meter upon check in and check out along with the total, which is due at check out.

For long stays, we will bill monthly for electricity. The cleaning fee for rentals of longer than 21 days is $100. We will send you a
"Request for Money" through AirBNB for the extra charge of $45 above the normal cleaning fee of $55. Stays longer than 28 days will incur $45 cleaning fee every 2 weeks to refresh the home and sheets and $25 gas fee per month. You can request additional cleaning and cooking services at a cost.

* There is a $20 USD charge for towels that are lost, taken or irreparably damaged; bed linens irreparably damaged or taken will be charged $40.
