The space
The Location & Privacy This villa boasts an unbeatable location directly across from Minitas Beach. It takes just one minute to walk to the sand. Although nestled between neighboring properties, the villa is uniquely positioned forward on the lot to ensure exceptional privacy and seclusion.

The Sleeping Arrangements (2 Stories)

3 Main Suites: Spacious rooms, each featuring a King-size bed and premium linens.

The "Bonus Room": A cozy, compact room with two Twin beds. This room features a unique outdoor bathroom, making it best suited for teenagers or children.

Amenities & Staff The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for family meals. Our wonderful housekeeper is dedicated to keeping the home pristine during your stay.

Cleaning: Included daily.

Cooking Service: Optional breakfast/lunch preparation is available for $50/day (paid directly to her).

Extended Hours: If you require service past 4:40 PM, we kindly ask that you cover her taxi fare home to ensure her safe return.

Step 1: Pre-Arrival Registration (Check your App Inbox) A few days before your trip, I will send you a message via the Airbnb app requesting:

Passports: Full Names & Passport Numbers for all guests (Please type text only, no photos).

Ages: Required to secure discounted fees for children.

Note: This is mandatory for gate clearance.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Gate Registration Name For administrative purposes, your group will be registered in the Casa de Campo system under: "GOLF VILLA 42".

Crucial: Even though you are staying at Minitas 3, you MUST reference "Golf Villa 42" to security guards so they can find your authorization.

Step 2: Location Link Once registered, I will send a Google Maps location link directly to your Airbnb inbox to ensure you find the property easily.

Resort Fees & Rules

Payment: Pay at Costasur Security Office (Main Entrance) upon arrival.

Adults (12+): $25 USD/day

Children (4–12): $12 USD/day

Golf Carts: ⛔ NO ELECTRIC CARTS. Gasoline only (no charging available).

Other things to note
Check-in & Staff Schedule Please be mindful of check-in times (1:00 PM – 4:00 PM). Our housekeeper leaves shortly after 4:00 PM.

Late Arrival? If you plan to arrive after 4:00 PM, please notify me in advance so we can arrange key handover.

Housekeeping & Cooking Service Daily cleaning is included.

Cooking: Breakfast & Lunch preparation is available for $50 USD/day (paid directly to the housekeeper).

Dinner Service: If you require her to stay for dinner service, we kindly ask that you cover her taxi fare home.

Transportation & Golf Carts

Golf carts and private airport transfers are highly recommended for getting around and exploring the expansive resort.
