Our beautiful beachfront Penthouse condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths located directly on the beach at Orilla Del Mar a secure, family-friendly complex just a short drive to the heart of Cabarete where you'll find the best restaurants and nightlife. Come, relax and enjoy a great vacation and explore miles of golden beaches or work remotely in paradise with fibre-optic Wi-Fi!!

All you need is your swimsuit and sandals so leave your winter coats and boots at home!!

The space
3rd-floor penthouse deluxe 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a/c and ceiling fans in all rooms. Situated on a beautiful beach with 24/7 security, a pool with a swim-up bar and a kid's pool, and a private beach-facing outdoor eating area with BBQ. The condo will sleep 4 adults on 2 queen beds and 2 children on the sofa or 2 available single air mattresses.

Orilla Del Mar condominium is a first-class, secure family-oriented QUIET complex oasis that is a quick drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown Cabarete where you can enjoy the many Cabarete restaurants you can have dinner with your toes in the sand and a mojito in your hand!

In addition to all the usual beach activities, Cabarete is the mecca for kiteboarding and windsurfing with rentals and lessons available near the beach entrance. It is about a 5-minute drive to the world-renowned surfing beach, Encuentro.

The consumption of electricity is not included in the rental and has to be paid on the site. A cash deposit of $100-200 USD is required upon arrival, depending on the number of nights booked.
