The space
Situated near the entrance of Shipyard, Waterford is a quiet escape while being steps from amenities like the pool, golf club, tennis courts, bike trail and fitness room. Surrounded by mossy oaks and palm trees, it is truly a lowcountry gem.
This 2 BR/BA villa sleeps 6 comfortably in 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 twin bunkbed. This villa is around 1300 sq. ft. with a fully appointed kitchen, dining room and living room with a large smart tv.

Shipyard Beach is private and an 8 minute bike ride away or you can opt to ride the Shipyard Beach Shuttle that picks up at the pool right in front of the villa. 4 Weekly wristbands for $10
There is a convenient drop off zone in front of Shipyard Beach Club for cars but parking is restricted to owners.
1 mile from Coligny’s public beach, shops & restaurants, 10 min. bike ride
The Breeze Trolley picks up across the street from the main entrance to Shipyard and drops off throughout the island.
Blink security camera and Blink doorbell at front door and back door for security of outside spaces.

Shipyard Beach Club is a short bike ride away with a private beach, restrooms and showers for use during your stay.
The neighborhood winds through the 27- hole Heritage Golf Course with serene lakes and lagoons. Wildlife abounds in Shipyard and you'll easily spot deer, alligators, turtles, egrets and heron daily.
Shipyard Golf Course is comprised of three 9 hole Heritage Golf courses that can be played as 9, 18 or 27 holes. The club house, driving range and Brickyard Pub are steps away from the villa.
Tennis lovers can take advantage of clinics, lessons or rounds at Van Der Meer Tennis Center or play on the private courts across the lane from the villa.
You can relax at the private Waterford pool across the street or duck into the pool house to exercise in the fitness area or relax in the community lounge.
If you'd like to check out Coligny Plaza or beach, you can find local restaurants, shops or a grocery store about a mile down the road.
