You have exclusive access to the entire 2-bedroom lower suite. The entrance is private and well-lit. While we have invested in professional sound-dampening to keep the space quiet, please note this is a basement unit and you may hear occasional footsteps from the separate upper-level residence.
The Neighborhood
Bowness is Calgary's Adventure Gateway. Step out the door and you're a short walk from the skating trails at Bowness Park or the local shops of Main Street. This is the only neighborhood in Calgary where you can enjoy a morning coffee by the river and be in the mountains before lunch.
