ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE: ₱2,500/person/night.
No visitors allowed without prior coordination and payment.
Children below 10 yrs old are not allowed for safety reasons. Infants below 1 year old are allowed but subject to additional fees. Children under 10 years old may only be allowed if agreed upon in writing between the guest and host before booking, and will be subject to additional guest fees. If a child is allowed, a security deposit or cash deposit of 5,000 pesos is required upon check-in. This will be refunded in full after check-out if there are no damages, missing items, rule violations, or additional cleaning required.
Pets are not allowed.
PABILI SERVICE: Staff can buy food or essentials within Tagaytay main area for ₱300 per errand.
VIP PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICE: ₱12,000 inclusive of fuel, tolls, and driver’s fee. Rate covers Metro Manila and Tagaytay only (additional 2,000 for farther areas like novalichee, Caloocan or Fairview). Vehicle has captain’s chairs, bottled water, and luggage assistance. Guests may also rent the same vehicle and driver for exclusive use within Tagaytay (for visiting restaurants or tourist spots) for an additional fee of 6,000 per day.
NO PORK POLICY: Pork or any pork-based food is strictly prohibited for cultural and religious reasons. Violation: ₱5,000 penalty plus replacement of kitchenware used.
SMOKING/VAPING: Not allowed inside or within the villa area. Permitted only in the parking area. Violation: ₱5,000 penalty.
OUTSIDE SHOES/SLIPPERS: No outside shoes or slippers inside the villa or on the balcony. Place footwear outside the main door.
ONSEN USE: Onsen is avilable for use during your stay. Onsen light is turned on at 6pm and turn off at 6am. Since onsen is outdoors, leaves, insects, or debris may fall in. You may request staff to clean it (requires them to enter the villa) or use the provided skimmer for privacy.
WOOD and FURNISHINGS: Please do not drag furniture. Wooden floors and walls scratch easily. Damages start at ₱10,000, higher if severe. Do not move the balcony tables, long bench, or TV console. Avoid placing hot plates directly on wooden surfaces. Use mats provided.
FRAGILE ITEMS: Plates, glasses, and décor are unique and some antique; replacement cost depends on value if broken.
LINEN/TOWEL STAINS: ₱500 penalty per item.
ONGOING CONSTRUCTION: Some areas outside the villa are being improved; light noise may be heard during the day. Current rate is already discounted to reflect this.
PARKING: Parking area is under construction. From the parking, guests will descend steep stairs to reach the villa and climb them again when leaving. Not suitable for guests with mobility issues. If this is a concern, please book elsewhere.
NATURE SETTING: The villa is surrounded by trees and plants; insects, frogs, and bees may appear. Mosquitoes are common outdoors between 5–7 PM. Please bring repellents and keep doors closed. Turn off the aircon if you open the doors for more than 2 minutes. Keeping it on while doors are open may cause leaks and damage (subject to repair fees).
SAFETY: Always keep all doors locked. Report any malfunctioning locks to us immediately.
NOISE: Please keep volume low and maintain peace in the area. Loud music, parties, or disturbances are not allowed.
Safety: Cliff-side areas beyond designated spaces are strictly off-limits. Do not stand, sit, or walk near edges. Stone surfaces may be slippery. Jumping or diving into the onsen is prohibited.
Utilities: Water supply in this area is limited and scheduled (3× weekly). Please use water responsibly. Parking area is currently under construction.
Staff & assistance: Guests may message or call us anytime. On-site assistance is available daily from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Urgent concerns outside these hours will be attended to as soon as possible.
Food & location: No breakfast. Complementary bottled water is provided per guest. Guests can cook since villa comes with a private kitchen. It’s more fun when you cook. But there are also nearby restaurants/cafes in Crosswinds (5–6 mins) and Alta D’Tagaytay (2 mins). GrabFood and Foodpanda are available. We pick them up at the parking area from 6am-10pm and deliver them to your villa.
