Bay Asibi Villa is a secluded tiny house retreat in Tagaytay, designed for couples seeking peace, privacy, and connection with nature. Enjoy a private outdoor onsen (hotspring), lush surroundings, and scenic views of Taal Lake and Volcano during golden hours. Reaching the villa involves a 2–4 min walk with steep stairs—part of the experience. Not suitable for children, elderly guests, or those with heart or mobility issues. No breakfast, but a private kitchen and food delivery are available.

1. VIP PICK-UP & DROP-OFF SERVICE: ₱12,000 inclusive of fuel, tolls, and driver’s fee. Rate covers Metro Manila and Tagaytay only (additional 2,000 for farther areas like novalichee, Caloocan or Fairview). Vehicle has captain’s chairs, bottled water, and luggage assistance. Guests may also rent the same vehicle and driver for exclusive use within Tagaytay (for visiting restaurants or tourist spots) for an additional fee of 6,000 per day.

2. PABILI SERVICE: Staff can buy food or essentials within Tagaytay main area for ₱300 per errand.

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to the entire Bay Asibi Villa during their stay, including the sleeping area, private bathroom, kitchen and dining area, outdoor onsen (hot spring), garden, and designated outdoor seating areas.

Access to the villa involves walking along scenic pathways and climbing steep stairs from the parking area. Guests are advised to remain only within designated guest areas at all times. Cliff-side and restricted areas beyond the onsen are strictly off-limits for safety reasons.

Staff may enter limited service areas only when necessary (e.g., assistance, maintenance, or safety-related concerns), with prior notice whenever possible.

• Access & terrain: Bay Asibi is an overlooking villa. Access requires a scenic 2–4 minute walk with steep stairs from the parking area. This is part of the experience but not suitable for elderly guests, those with mobility or heart conditions. Guests book at their own discretion. Luggage assistance is available.

• Nature setting: The villa is surrounded by trees and plants. Insects, frogs, and mosquitoes may be present, especially outdoors between 5–7 PM. Please bring repellents and keep doors closed. Leaving doors open while the aircon is on may cause leaks and damage (subject to repair fees).

• Onsen use: Outdoor onsen is available for use anytime but waterfall operate on a schedule. The waterfall turns off at 6:30 PM. Requests for waterfall are limited to 2 hours per use with a 3-hour rest period. Onsen lights operate from 6:30PM to 5:30 AM. Leaves or debris may fall in; guests may request cleaning or use the skimmer provided.

• Quiet & privacy: No parties, loud music, or disturbances. Visitors are not allowed without prior approval and applicable fees.

• House policies:
– No pets
– No smoking or vaping inside or within villa grounds (parking area only)
– Strict no pork policy for cultural and religious reasons
– Outside shoes/slippers are not allowed inside the villa

• Property care: Furniture and wood surfaces are delicate. Do not drag furniture or place hot items directly on wood. Some décor and tableware are fragile or antique and charged at replacement cost if damaged.

• Safety: Cliff-side areas beyond designated spaces are strictly off-limits. Do not stand, sit, or walk near edges. Stone surfaces may be slippery. Jumping or diving into the onsen is prohibited.

• Utilities: Water supply in this area is limited and scheduled (3× weekly). Please use water responsibly. Parking area is currently under construction.

• Children & infants: Children below 10 years old are not allowed. Infants under 1 year old may be allowed subject to prior written approval, additional fees, and a refundable security deposit.

• Staff & assistance: Guests may message or call us anytime. On-site assistance is available daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Urgent concerns outside these hours will be attended to as soon as possible.

• Food & location: No breakfast. Complementary bottled water is provided per guest. Guests can cook since villa comes with a private kitchen. It’s more fun when you cook. But there are also nearby restaurants/cafes in Crosswinds (5–6 mins) and Alta D’Tagaytay (2 mins). GrabFood and Foodpanda are available. We pick them up at the parking area from 6am-10pm and deliver them to your villa.
