The lodge features two inviting bedrooms, one with its own private stove for added warmth and coziness. A rustic kitchen with breathtaking lakeside views awaits, alongside an old-style sitting room complete with a dual-style stove for ambiance and warmth. The bathroom, boasting a luxurious Victorian-style bath, offers a touch of classic elegance. Outside, unwind in the soothing hot tub while taking in panoramic views of Lough Melvin from the balconies on each floor.

To ensure a cozy and comfortable stay, we provide a complimentary welcome basket filled with a generous supply of locally sourced turf, typically sufficient for an average two-night stay, Should you require additional fuel for the wood-burning stove, we kindly request that you purchase timber from one of the local shops, supporting our community and minimizing our environmental impact.
We believe that by extending our hospitality to your pets and encouraging sustainable practices, we can create a more inclusive and eco-conscious experience for all our guests.

Our log cabin is ideally located just a short 10 minute walk from our local village, Kinlough, where you can find a supermarket, filling station, various takeaways, a cafe that is perfect for scrumptious breakfast and a Michelin star restaurant, The Courthouse.
Also located in Kinlough is Lough Melvin, a beautiful lake where you can enjoy woodland walks, views of the lake, a new kids playground, a picnic area & beautiful, wildlife gardens that is cared for by the local community. At Lakeland Lodge, you will enjoy stunning views of Lough Melvin.
Lakeland Lodge is also a short, 10 minute drive away Bundoran and Mullaghmore. Both are fabulous seaside towns located along the Wild Atlantic Way. Enjoy funfairs and bowling in Bundoran while Mullaghmore hosts a number of tranquil walks along the coast. The head of Mullaghmore walk, where you have lovely views of Classiebawn Castle, is a favourite amongst the locals.
