This central Federation style home is perfect for family groups, 2 families or you and your work colleagues. The house is an easy walk to clubs, pubs, cafes and everything you need in Bathurst and a short drive to sporting facilities, attractions, the Uni and Mount Panorama. With 4 private bedrooms and a open plan lounge, dinning and kitchen area its perfect for relaxing and great conversations. The house is completely renovated and feature modern appliances, 2 toilets and a 3 way bathroom.

The space
This is a space for people to enjoy their recreation or work time in the Bathurst region. Theres on street parking an easy access with a lockbox and there is also a lock up garage (use by arrangement) and back yard if you have mountain/bmx bikes, custom cars or are travelling on motorcycle.
The kitchen features a 450L upside down fridge, 900mm gas range, dishwasher and plenty of storage.

Guest access
Thoe entire house is reserved for your respectful use. The Garage and access is only available by arrangement before your visit.

Other things to note
There is a single step between the lounge and bedroom area and the rest of the house- dinning, kitchen, bathrooms and backyard.

For Us on the 10/7/26 Airbnb changed to way it charges its fees and now charges the host directly 15.5%, good news for guests is that you will see the total amount of the booking before you get to checkout where fees for both Guests and Hosts used to be added - please check you are not being over charged! For us 10/7/2026 - Airbnb has change the way it charges fees. Good News is Guests should see the total amount they have to pay before they get to the checkout - make sure your price is what you expect it to be! I want to see families/small groups get a good deal when they travel and stay in our Short Stay Accom! Our places are set for families to be able to get together around the table or couch and then get out and do the local sports, events and attractions. Please contact me if you need.
