c1790 historic barn perched on 4.65 acres just 10 mins from the village of Red Hook. Bathrick Barn features a creek and river frontage on the Roeliff Jansen Kill. Our rustic barn has been renovated with your comfort in mind - with mini-splits on all 3 floors for efficient heating and cooling. Our 3rd floor sleeping loft is great for couples and small families. Cozy up on the 2nd floor and watch a movie on the projector. A perfect 4 seasons retreat with views of nature from every window.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire barn living space, exterior wooded paths, creek, and river frontage across the street. The center area of the barn that can be seen from interior windows is not accessible.

Other things to note
The white Farmhouse is our property as well and sometimes you will see our car in the lower driveway.

The barn has another apartment. The only thing shared is the driveway. The Airbnb and apartment are on opposite ends, and do not share any walls or floors or utilities. Airbnb guests have exclusive access to the outdoor dining area, bbq and fire pit.

Please park on the upper spot, the lower parking spot is used by tenants when we have them.
