This is one of the few places in the area with a pool.

Pwll Court Retreat. Relax with friends and family at this peaceful countryside retreat. A private collection of converted barns sleeping up to 12 guests (5 bedrooms: 3 kings, 2 twins and a sofa bed)

Enjoy a large dining space, separate kitchens and gardens, plus a swim spa, fire pit and BBQ. Converted horsebox cocktail bar available on request.

Plenty of parking, EV charging and stunning rural views. Dogs welcome.
8-minute walk to two great pubs and close to a local café, shop, park and canal.

The space
The retreat is made up of three converted buildings: Stables & Horseshoe connect and The Coach House is adjacent.

The Stables
• 1 king bedroom (en-suite)
• 1 twin bedroom (en-suite)

The Horseshoe
• 1 king bedroom (en-suite)
(We also have a sofa bed for 1 person here it’s rarely used, as it’s placed in the lounge area. Access to a downstairs toilet (washing facilities to be shared with one of the en-suites) however, some families wanting that extra choice for teens makes it work)

The Coach House
• 1 king bedroom (en-suite)
• 1 twin bedroom (en-suite)
• Lounge with double sofa bed (no private bathroom)

The sofa bed is ideal for children or additional guests, with access to one of the en-suites.

Guest access
The entire 3 cottages are free to guests to use if booking the full complex.

The private courtyard garden and driveway, Swim Spa.

We have a space to hire / use (subject to availability) for small social gatherings, yoga sessions, photography/art/floristry sessions, private dining.

Cocktail bar, a converted Horsebox can be put in place on request.

GENERAL SAFETY for Swim Spa

• Use at your own risk – the host is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to misuse.

• Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time to prevent overheating or dizziness.

• Do not use the hot tub if you are:

• Pregnant

• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs

• Have heart conditions or high blood pressure (consult a doctor if unsure)

• No jumping, diving, or rough play in or around the tub.

• Enter and exit slowly—surfaces may be slippery when wet.

We request NO GLASS to be used outside at any time

Other things to note
Please politely note quiet times are between 10pm and 7am. No music in the garden after 10pm please. We love our neighbours & they love us. 🙏

If you would like to make use of the horsebox cocktail bar just let Gemma know. We need to rebook and organise well in advance.

Also please bring own firewood / kindling for fire pit and coal for BBQs. We provide the utensils, pit and bbq.

A private chef, buffet lunches, spa treatments, Yoga instructors, Cycling guides, walking guides, photography/art/floristry sessions and so much more can be organised using either the existing space in the cottages/gardens. Or subject to availability, we have a large social space that can be used.

We live on an old farm. Which has more been newly renovated & we live onsite.

We are available via email for any request during your stay.

We have 2 schnoodle dogs (friendly), 4 children and live in the farmhouse behind the property. Sometimes our schnoodles can be curious, we endeavour to keep them at the farmhouse.

They are super gentle, friendly and loving dogs.
