Cobbly Nob is a secured community with 24/7 security. Parking is limited to three cars and no street parking is allowed. The road to the cabin has 2 switchbacks on paved road. No RVs are allowed.

Other things to note
Sleeping: There are two dual master suites (1 king, 1 queen), each with its own full bathroom. For additional sleeping beds, there is a pull-out queen size sofa in the living room and 2 pull-out twin size beds in the loft area that you can combine them together becoming a queen size bed.
