Where I went to school: West Point
My work: Bison farmer
I came to the area when I was posted to Ft Benning, GA as an Engineer Officer in 2005. A few years after transitioning from the Army I was fortunately able to start a bison operation with my husband in a quiet area that is still conveniently close to both Columbus and Auburn. The farm is my home, but it is so beautiful and peaceful here that it feels like a vacation even when working. The bison, wildlife, and farm animals make my life interesting on a daily basis, and have brought meaning back into my life after the Army. Whether you are looking for fun for the whole family, in town for business, or desire a serene country getaway, I look forward to ensuring you enjoy the experience here as well.
