-I'll try to describe the basement as best I can: The Basement has two Queen beds in separate areas ("rooms"). It's a technically unfinished basement like many Seattle Craftsman houses (exposed ceiling joists and beams, and only partial carpeting/rugs), but it's pretty awesome and quite comfortable. Each "room" is quite private with its own mini-split for temperature control and windows for fresh air. One bed is in the main rec. room/music room and the other is in a cozy room near the laundry area. There's no bathroom in the basement yet - both bathrooms are on the main level. Access between the cozy room and the rest of the house is through the rec. room.
