Our vacation cabins sit on a one(1) hectare lush forest property located in Amadeo, Cavite, just a few minutes away from Tagaytay city. Guests have full access to Iyong's Balite Falls Resort, facilities including bonfire area, outdoor movie, campsite, swimming pools, natural spring water pool and the famous Balite Falls.

Listing is for three(3) cabins that can accommodate five to six pax per cabin. Each cabin is fully airconditioned, and has its own bathroom with shower heater and bidet, fully equipped kitchenette for light cooking, dining area and front porch.
Base Price - 16 guests
Additional Cabin - 3500 (5-6 pax)
Up to two additional cabins, depending on availability
Full capacity is 30 pax for total of 5 cabins

Guest access
Guests have free access to all the swimming pools at the resort, including the Balite Falls area. The Balite Falls and natural spring pool are open daily from 7am to 5pm, while the main swimming pool is open until 10pm. Note: Depending on weather conditions(e.g. heavy rain, typhoon), access to Balite Falls may be closed for safety reasons, without prior notice.

Other things to note
Swimming pools and the waterfalls are shared with other guests of the resort. The pathway going to the waterfall is of medium difficulty, and may not be appropriate for elderly senior citizens or toddlers.
In the interest of safety, waterfalls feature may close anytime without prior notice due to weather or natural phenomenon.
