It's a private condominium with 3 buildings. Two are residential and the other one is a parking tower and gastronomic market. There is 24/7 private security and regulated access to the condominium. There are no neighbors nearby other than those in the building itself, as it is a very private location.

We are a Dutch family that moved to Costa Rica as we feel at home in this beautiful green country. We imported 3 Balinese houses and build them up in our small tranquil paradise. We like to share this with other people all over the world; waking up with the howler monkeys, enjoying the toucans flying by. It amazes us every day that we are so lucky to be part of that small rainforest in Uvita.
