New house, newly built in the residential condominium Ilhas de Bali in the special region of Canto do Moreira in Maresias.
Furnished to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Cond. 50 meters from the sea, it has two floors, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet, complete with utensils and furniture for a very comfortable stay.
The condominium has a permanent reserve of Atlantic forest, it is quiet and with total security.
All this just a few steps from the sea and with a private pool.

The space
The House:

Newly built, the house has two floors: living room, kitchen, a toilet and outdoor area with deck and swimming pool on the first floor.
Upstairs, it has three bedrooms, a queen bed in the en-suite bedroom, two single beds in the second (*with + two extra single mattresses) totaling 4 single beds, and two more single beds in the third bedroom ( *with + two extra junior's mattresses (78cm x 1.62mx 12cm) and a bathroom in the hallway.

The single beds can, depending on preference, also turn into double beds :)


It is fully furnished in kitchen utensils, with modern devices and electronics, living room with 50 inch TV equipped with comfort, rooms with comfortable beds and windows with beautiful views of the forest, with air conditioning in each room.
All made with the best materials.

Exclusive fiber optic home internet with 100 megabytes, fast and great for those who want to work from home;

The pool is located outside the house with a deck overlooking the Atlantic Forest reserve.

The house has a parking space for medium or large cars.

* we have 03 beach chairs and 01 umbrella available in the house.

We have BBQ utensils in the house (except charcoal)

The condominium and the region:
Ilhas de Bali is a residential condominium with full security and 24-hour concierge service.

It is about 50 meters from the beach, located in the Canto do Moreira region, known for its special care with the Atlantic Forest reserves and great location in relation to restaurants and supermarkets.

On one of the most beautiful beaches on the north coast, it also gives access to incredible nature walks, trails and boat trips.

Guest access
You will need to give me the full names, RG's, emails, ages of all guests to be authorized at the concierge;

- You will only need to introduce yourself and pick up the keys that will be at the concierge
waiting for you;

Other things to note
I will be available for any questions and anything you need during your stay. With each reservation, a whats app group is made with guests to facilitate, streamline communication and help with whatever is needed.

-- As we are in a residential condominium, to maintain good coexistence between the condominium members, the rules regarding silence must be respected:
Mild and ambient sounds during the day and total silence from 10 pm to 9 am;

-The outlets in the house are all 220V;

*Any infringement received during the period of stay is the responsibility of the guest.
