The space
The room has a cozy and rustic feel with a sliding glass door that opens up to a balcony overlooking a farm and some faraway hills. In the afternoon, it's nice to sip coffee or tea outside the room in the roofdeck.

The balcony and separate tree hut offer stunning sunset views at the right time of the year.

Guest access
Second floor of the main house but with separate outside staircase entrance. Guests have access to the entire roof deck, the tree hut, and the front area of the property.

During your stay
We let guests have their privacy but we are available to give you travelling tips and advice around Guimaras.

Other things to note
There are dogs and domestic animals (dove and chicken). The dogs are tame and friendly and the guest space is in the 2nd floor with a little gate that the dogs can't go through.

Transportation options are a bit limited (as is the case for most of Guimaras), so we suggest car rental (from Iloilo), motorbike rental, or habal-habal or tricycle hire. We can share third party contacts but transactions are between guests and the service providers.

We don't have back-up power in case of emergency power outtages, but the room is well ventilated, and we can assist with emergency lights and charging gadgets if needed.

Neighborhood highlights

It's a small farming neighborhood so the landscape changes depending on the farming season. The roads are cemented with minimal vehicles. It's within the San Lorenzo Wind Farm so you can go walking or biking around to reach the wind turbines.

There are big sari-sari stores and a bakery near the Brgy. Plaza, a short walk (~250 meters) from the property. There are also motorcycles and sometimes tricycles in the plaza that you can hire to get around.
