The space
This 22 sqm studio sits in the quieter part of the building, so you can enjoy some peace away from street noise.

There's a queen bed and a daybed with a sweet view of the CCLEX bridge, the longest bridge in the Philippines. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking and dining needs, and the bathroom comes with a hot and cold shower, fresh towels, toiletries, and a first aid kit.

Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy some downtime with a 50" UHD TV with Netflix, YouTube Premium, and more.

You can easily check yourself in using a unique digital code for the condo, giving you flexibility with your arrival time. Self check-out is just as easy!

**As part of our commitment to eco-sustainability, we provide each guest with one set of bath and hand towels every 3 days of your stay to help minimize our environmental impact.

Please be mindful that the elevators are typically busier between 7-9 am and 5-7 pm. We suggest planning your schedule accordingly during these peak times.

For guests staying over 10 days, we kindly request weekly housekeeping for your comfort. This includes freshening up the studio, replacing linens and towels, and topping up complimentary amenities. A small cleaning fee of 400Php will be charged per session.
