The space
Balai Cinco is a 1,000 sqm villa with two cozy rooms, a private room and a spacious 36sqm infinity pool. It comes fully equipped with kitchen essentials, fresh towels, shampoo, and soap—perfect for a relaxing getaway. (We don’t provide hair blower for hygiene purposes)

Guest access
Guests can freely use the entire space.

Other things to note
Before booking, kindly take a moment to read our house rules—particularly regarding the STRICT 10pm noise curfew, room access based on guest count and fees for house rule violations.

• Smoking/vaping is only allowed outside of the property or in the garden area. Fine of ₱2k for smoking inside the house.
• Only small breed dogs are allowed with a maximum of two. Pet fee: 500/pet.
• Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and early check-in isn’t possible as we need the full 3 hours to thoroughly clean and prepare the space. Check-out is strictly at 12:00 PM, and a ₱1,000 per hour fee applies for late check-outs. Thanks for your understanding!
• Guests up to 13 will stay in the main house with 2 bedrooms, while groups of 14 or more will also have access to a separate private bedroom outside the main house. (PRICING VARIES DEPENDING ON GUEST COUNT please make sure to input correct number of guest)
• For guests beyond 16, please message us for quotation.
• Please keep the glass doors CLOSED at all times to avoid insects from coming in.
• NOISE CURFEW IS STRICTLY AT 10 PM. Please be mindful of music, gatherings, and outdoor activities to avoid complaints from neighbors. NO MORE KARAOKE AFTER 10PM.
• CLAYGO. Please help us KEEP THE SPACE CLEAN AND ORDERLY. Moving furniture to other areas is not allowed, and we kindly ask that all dishes be washed before check-out. (failure to comply will incur charges)
• STAINED BED SHEETS and DAMAGED FURNITURES may be subject to additional charges.
• VISITORS ARE ALLOWED ONLY UNTIL 10:00 PM
All visitors must be declared in advance as we have a visitor’s fee. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight—an additional fee will apply for any unregistered overnight guests.
• No DRINKING and EATING in the pool—fine: ₱2k
• PROPERTY MISUSE (multiple rule violations)—fine: ₱3.5k
• SLEEPING CAPACITY: Sleeps 18 comfortably, 21 with the sunken sofa (fits 3), and up to 27 if 3 people share the queen and double beds.
• Additional pax fee: 13th–18th pax – ₱1,000 each | 19th pax onwards – ₱500 each

- Please note that even with regular cleaning, nature loves to say hi—sometimes through tiny winged visitors!
