Whether you just want to enjoy the many pools, beach and amenities in the property or need a place to unwind after enjoying Cebu; may the home we’re sharing provide the stay you need. With its name Ataw meaning float in Bisaya and interior inspired by the Japanese concept of Wabi Sabi, where imperfection is embraced; we hope our place allows for quality rest or calm focus with its peaceful ambience and serene atmosphere.

The space
Balai Ataw is a 1 bedroom unit on the 20th floor of Tower F in Tambuli Seaside Living located in Maribago, Lapu-lapu city on Mactan Island, Cebu with a balcony that faces the sunset.

Tambuli Seaside Living is an 11-hectare residential resort development which also functions as a resort and spa with exclusive guest access, 5 pools and multiple restaurants. Booking our property is not inclusive of resort rates but you may obtain access in two ways; through resort purchase(food inclusive) or vouchers(food not included). Staying a minimum number of nights with us gets you a corresponding amount of vouchers for FREE. Please review them below:

A booking of at least 2 NIGHTS includes 2 FREE Resort Amenity Day Use Vouchers (food NOT included).

For bookings of at least 7 nights, 1 FREE resort Amenity Day Use Voucher (food NOT included) per staying guest, please inquire with us.

For bookings of at least 2 weeks, we will provide you with FREE Resort Amenity Access (food NOT included) for the duration of your stay.

Day Use on the Weekdays for Adults: 1,800php per person with 1,100php in food credit.
Day Use on the Weekends and Holidays for Adults: 2,000php per person with included lunch buffet with 1 round of drinks.
Day Use on the Weekdays for Kids (4-12 years of age): 900php with food
Day Use on the Weekends for Kids (4-12 years of age): 1,000php with food

The pools and beach are open from 8:00AM to 6:00PM except one pool which is open until 10:00PM. Please note the the pools are closed during WEDNESDAYS for maintenance.

Balai Ataw is designed to welcome you with a space to retreat. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and TV with streaming capabilities. The living room on the other hand has a sofa bed that pulls out to a king-size once combined with the coffee table to comfortably accommodate up to 5 adults and another TV with streaming capabilities. High speed internet is available to keep you connected. There is a well appointed kitchen and a washer/dryer combo in the single bathroom. The balcony faces northwest to the Mactan Channel giving you a wonderful ocean view and city view towards the mountains of Cebu City making for a gorgeous sunset.
