Guests have full access to the 🏡 2-bedroom cottage and the 🌅 upper boathouse, including all decks and outdoor areas shown in the listing.
🚧 Please note: there is a main house on the west side of the property that is currently under construction and closed off to guests. This area is clearly separated and not accessible during your stay to ensure your privacy and safety.
