Sanremo Oasis City De Mare is located at Southroad Properties, Mambaling, Cebu. Please note that this location is not in the city center. The most convenient transportation options are taxis, or using the “Grab” app, or motorcycles with the “Maxim” or “Move It” apps.

Check-in Requirements:

• Show your “Online Registration/Service Ticket”.
• If you leave the Sanremo vicinity, you will need to present your registration number/service ticket again at the Guard House.

Parking:
• The unit does not have designated parking. Free parking is available for up to 4 hours in the open parking area. Exceeding this limit will result in a parking violation fee of Php 1,500, collected by security.
• Motorcycles may be parked in the open parking area near the Guard House for free.

Wi-Fi:
Please be aware that the Wi-Fi connection may be unstable and subject to interruptions. Streaming services like Netflix and Disney+ are available.

Use of Pool:
• Open daily from 7AM – 8PM.
• Access to the pool is exclusive to registered guests.
• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Diapered infants are not allowed in the swimming pool.
• Proper swimming attire is required. Please dry off before leaving the pool area.
• Pool users must shower in the provided facilities before entering the pool. Please bring your own towels.
• Food is not allowed in the pool area.

Use of Fitness Gym:
• Open daily from 6AM – 8PM.

Cooking:
• Please avoid cooking foods with strong odors, such as dried fish, as the smell can linger. A fee will be charged if this policy is not adhered to.
