Welcome to Serenidad Azul — a peaceful modern 3-bedroom villa in the gated Los Delfines community, just a short walk to Ballena Bay’s calm 7.5 km beach and the on-site golf course.

- Primary suite: King bed + ensuite bathroom + walk-in closet

Outdoor living:

Soak up the sun in your private pool, relax in the gazebo on the modern sectional, and fire up the BBQ for dinner. After the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower — the ocean is only ~250 m away.


Kitchen + essentials:

Fully stocked kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender, utensils, dishes). Fresh spring water from the mountains provides safe drinking water right from the tap. Washer/dryer included. We provide bath towels and facecloths — please bring your own beach/pool towels.


Community + location:

Los Delfines is a safe, nature-rich community where you may spot howler monkeys, spider monkeys, deer, birds, and even scarlet macaws. Ballena Bay is known for calm waves and is described as safe for swimming (no riptides/undertow). Whales are sometimes seen in the bay.


On-site amenities:

9-hole golf course (about $100 USD for 18 holes incl. cart; club rental around $40 USD)

Los Delfines is a delightful and safe community on 125 acres of land, where you can appreciate breathtaking wildlife such as howler monkeys, caymans, spider monkeys, white-tailed deer, and many types of birds.

We must not forget our feathered neighbours the magnificent scarlet macaws in the Los Delfines community. There is an incredible opportunity to tour the conservation program set up for this magnificent bird.

The Tambor area is home to the local group Tambor Bay Turtle Rescue. Depending on the time of year, you could volunteer to release baby sea turtles. What a unique and memorable experience to share with friends and family!

Energize your body by walking the 7.5 km secluded sandy beach of Ballena Bay and experience the peace and serenity of La Pura Vida. The beach has calm waves and is safe for swimming – no riptides - no undertows.

Whales are also seen in the bay where they often come to birth their calves.


On-site amenities

-Pristine and beautiful 9 hole golf course, pro shop, rentals. Golf is $100 USD for 18 holes & includes golf cart. Golf club rental is about $40 USD per person at the pro-shop by the club house.

-Enjoy a wood-baked pizza and drinks at the Rancho Los Delfines – Beach Bar & Pizzaria.
-Grocery store (alcohol, snacks, and essentials) and ATM machine for your convenience.
-Tennis/Basketball court (equipment not included), community pool, community playground.
-Mini farmer’s market on Sundays at 10 am at the front gate.
-Gym Access: Blue Zone Fitness is located on site by the club house (fees apply)
