This is a large house renovated to make 2 separate Apt suites allowing groups & families to stay in the same location and have their own space.
Located in the heart of Nagoya with short walks to malls, spas, food court & restaurants, our double apartment unit accommodates up to 15 pax. If your group is larger we have other options - contact us for details.
Each apartment suite has large lounge, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (see our photos for details).
Suite 1 - Ground Floor
Fully air conditioned throughout. 3 Bedrooms, Lounge, Dining Room, Kitchen & 2 bathrooms all with heated showers.
Suite 1 is presented with a large lounge and separate dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Lounge - Spacious sofas & chairs, coffee table and flat screen multi channel TV with films, series & sports+ streaming facilities. Fully air conditioned.
Dining Area - Large dining circular table which seats up to 6.
Bedrooms - All air conditioned with side tables bedside lamps and clothes storage
Master Bedroom - Choice of 2 singles or 1 double bed attached to ensuite bathroom with heated shower.
Bedroom 2 - Choice of 2 singles or 1 double.
Bedroom 3 - Choice of 2 singles or 1 double
Extra bathroom with toilet and heated shower
Kitchen - Fully equipped with, fridge, microwave, induction stoves, rice cooker and toaster. There is a complete set of pots, pans, plates, glasses knives forks and spoons. There is also an endless supply of safe drinking water.
Outside Terrace - Garden table & access to bbq pit.
Suite 2 - Located on the floor above suite 1 and accessed by an external stairway.
It has 3 Bedrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen & 2 bathrooms all with heated showers & gel.
Lounge - Spacious L Shaped sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with streaming facilities. Extra sofa area with coffee table. Fully air conditioned.
Dining Area - Large dining table which seats up to 8.
Bedrooms - All air conditioned with side tables bedside lamps and clothes storage
Master Bedroom - Choice of 4 singles or 1 double bed and 2 singles attached to ensuite bathroom with heated shower & gel.
Bedroom 2 - Choice of 2 singles or 1 double.
Bedroom 3 - Choice of 3 singles or 1 double & 1 single.

Guest access
Both apartments. 6 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, 4 bathrooms and a balcony area. Guests have access to the whole home.
Guests are required to inform us immediately of any issues, breakages or appliances that fail and allow immediate access for us to make repairs or resolve.
Harbour Bay is the nearest ferry terminal to our Airbnbs as well as the main centre in Batam. We offer free pick up and drop as well as a free daily drop and pick up in the Nagoya area.

Maximum occupancy of this apartment is strictly 15 pax. We have other apartments for groups >15
